Free Shipping:

We offer complimentary delivery across Australia. Presently, we do not provide international shipping.

All orders are handled and dispatched by our partners within 1-4 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

If we are dealing with a substantial number of orders, there might be a delay in processing your order. If a significant delay occurs during the processing of your order, we will contact you. Once your order is processed and verified, we will furnish you with an estimated delivery time through email confirmation, along with a tracking number.

Delivery Times:

Our goal is to complete the delivery of all orders in major metropolitan areas within 3-5 working days and within 5-8 working days for all rural areas. It’s important to be aware that once your order has been processed for delivery, we have no direct control over any delays that may occur during transit.

We collaborate closely with our service providers to monitor and trace your order, aiming to address any issues promptly. However, there could be situations where immediate resolution might not always be feasible. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Return Policy

14 Days Free Returns

Your satisfaction holds great significance to us when you purchase our products. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you’ve had a change of heart, you can return the device free of charge. Please use the form below to request your free return label. Unfortunately, we can’t offer any refunds after 14 days have passed since you received your order.

For pre-owned devices, you have the option to return an undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, without any passcodes or iCloud/Google accounts, and must include all the accessories it originally came with. If there are clear signs of use or the device was damaged after receipt, we won’t grant a refund and will return the device to you.

For brand new devices, you can return an unopened and undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept devices that remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging. If the device was opened or damaged after receipt, we won’t grant a refund and will return the device to you.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

After completing the form below, our customer service team will contact you and supply a return label within 3 business days. Once our vendor receives the returned product and conducts an inspection, we will begin the refund process within 4 business days. The refund may take several additional days to appear on your bank statement.
